We will also go over all the do's and don'ts of socialization.

Puppy preschool private lessons will take place in your home one on one with you and your dog. This package includes four lessons.

Behavior Modification Private Lessons
Has your dog bitten someone? Does it seem like he wants to eat every dog he sees? Or maybe your dog wants to turn tail and run from every new person, dog, or experience. Do you have a multi-dog household and your dogs don't get along?
If you are pulling your hair out wondering why you can’t just take your dog for a walk without the barking, lunging, and growling or you can’t have guests over without fear of a bite happening, I can help. Behavior modification is tough to take on yourself when you are unsure of what to do. Allow me to guide you to achieve a more harmonious life with your pooch. For the owner that is truly dedicated to helping their dog (and therefore themselves) live a happier life, behavior medication private lessons may be a good fit for you.
At your lessons I can help guide you on how to better manage your dog’s fearful, aggressive, or otherwise severe bad behaviors. You can then work on implementing what you learned and helping your dog be a happier pet you can trust and feel more comfortable living life with.
Behavior modification private lessons can take place at your home or in public, pet friendly locations, depending on the dog’s needs and readiness for public training.
Behavior modification private lessons are totally customized to you and your dog’s specific needs and training goals.

Group Lessons
Group lessons are designed for dogs and humans that prefer learning in the company of others.

Group lessons provide a unique training opportunity for owners and their dogs to learn with the distraction of other dogs and people around in a dog friendly, public setting. Group lessons are a good option for owners who want to be highly involved in their dog's training and have the time and dedication to do it.

During these lessons you will have the opportunity to learn and practice on-leash obedience and manners. You will be instructed on how to teach your dog basic obedience like sit, down, come, implied stay, and leash manners. You will also learn how to keep your dog's focus on you, despite the ample distractions! Minor behavior problems such as non-aggressive lunging at other dogs, pulling on the leash, excessive barking, etc. will be addressed.

Group lessons are offered in four, six, or eight week packages.

Behavior Modification Board and Train
Is your dog possessive over toys? Does your dog resource guard it's food? Is your dog reactive on leash to the point of being unmanageable? Is your dog terrified to get in the car, of new people, or thunderstorms?

This board and train is the option for owners that have dogs with severe behavioral issues. This program is customized to help your pup become their best self!

Fear, aggression, and anxiety are not easy fixes. It takes many weeks to start to chip away at these behaviors and a lifetime of management in most cases for a dog to maintain what has been achieved. While Wild Woof K9 cannot guarantee the unwanted behaviors will permanently go away, I will do my absolute best to help your dog work through whatever they are struggling with. It is important to understand how large of a role genetics play in a dog's personality and that these unwanted behaviors are often still lurking beneath the surface and must be managed, even after training.

Most dogs are not truly aggressive and these behaviors stim from fear. I will work with your dog to teach them their fear is unwarranted. Once the fear is managed, your dog can be taught the correct behavior they should exhibit instead.

With an anxious dog, they can be taught how to better manage their anxiety and relax.

A fearful dog can be given confidence to brave both new and familiar situations.

Some of the things your pup will work on during their stay are:

Aggressive behaviors
Anxiety management
Confidence
Basic obedience
Advanced obedience
Muzzle training
Treadmill introduction
Correcting naughty behaviors (jumping, barking, counter surfing, etc.)
Crate training
Socialization where possible
Behavior modification board and trains are a minimum of three weeks, due to the nature of these issues and the amount of time it takes to achieve a measurable success in training. These board and trains may last up to six weeks depending on the dog.

Behavior modification board and trains include an e-collar, training collar, slip lead, a transfer lesson at pick-up to show you what your dog has learned and how to maintain their training, and LIFETIME refresher lessons with Wild Woof K9. You are encouraged to buy a cot to practice place work on your own.

Service Dog Training
If you are owner training your service dog and need guidance on anything from proper puppy socialization to public access training to task training, I can help!

Service dogs have specific needs when it comes to dog training and require a much higher level of training than the average pet dog to be able to assist their handler and help them live a life with more freedoms.

I can also assist in breed selection, breeder selection, puppy selection, puppy evaluation, and more.

Service dog training is completely customizable and pricing varies.
